दिल्ली . कोरोना काल मे जहां पुलिस को कोरोना वारियर्स कहा जा रहा है वही एक चौकाने वाली खबर उत्तराखंड के ऊधमसिंह नगर जिले से है जो पुलिस के अमानवीय चेहरे को दिखाता है ।
मामला पुलिस प्रशासन की शर्मनाक करतूत की है । दरअसल वाहन चेकिंग हेलमेट न पहनने पर पुलिस की एक युवक के साथ कहासुनी हो गई। इस पर पुलिस ने युवक की बाइक की चाभी मुट्ठी में फंसाकर उसके माथे में घुसा दी। वहीं इस घटना के बाद सीपीयू दारोगा सहित 3 पुलिसकर्मियों को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार, घटना उधमसिंह नगर जिले के रुद्रपुर इलाके की है, जहां पर सोमवार रात दीपक नाम के युवक अपने दोस्त प्रेमपाल के साथ इंदिरा चौक से बाइक में पेट्रोल भरवाने के बाद घर लौट रहा था। इसी बीच इंदिरा चौक पर वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रहे सीपीयू कर्मियों ने उसे रोक दिया। कागज मांगने पर दोनों में बहस हो गई तो सीपीयू कर्मी ने बाइक की चाबी निकाल ली।
वहीं युवक आगे बढ़ने लगा तो सीपीयू कर्मी ने उसके माथे में बाइक की चाबी घुसा दी। इस दौरान आनन-फानन में घायल बाइक सवार को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में लाया गया।
घटना के बाद कोतवाली के बाहर लोगों ने प्रदर्शन किया। साथ ही आरोपी सीपीयू कर्मी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की। लोगों ने युवक पर जानलेवा हमला करने का आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस पर पथराव भी किया, जिसमें एक पुलिसकर्मी घायल भी हो गया।
बता दें कि डीजी कानून व्यवस्था अशोक कुमार ने पूरे मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए 3 पुलिसकर्मियों को सस्पेंड कर दिया है। इसके अतिरिक्त उधमसिंह नगर के एसएपी ने जनता से शांति व्यवस्था की अपील की जा रही है।
