जांजगीर- चांपा। समूचे भारत जिस वक्त का इंतज़ार कर रहा था आज वह कार्य प्रारंभ हो चूका है। अयोध्या में आज पीएम मोदी ने मंदिर निर्माण के लिए ईट रख दी है। बता दें आज पूरे देश में दिवाली का माहौल है। इसी बीच छत्तीसगढ़ के जांजगीर जिले के कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने मजदूरों एवं ग्रामीणों को दिप वितरण कर उत्सव मनाया। जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी जांजगीर-चाम्पा के जिलाध्यक्ष-डाँ.चौलेश्वर चन्द्राकर ने छत्तीसगढ़ के माता कौशल्या के राम के नाम पर लोगों को दीप बांटा। दीप प्रज्वलित और प्रसाद बांट कर उत्सव मनाया।अयोध्या के राम मंदिर भूमि पूजन के अवसर पर सैकड़ो दीप मजदूरो, किसानों एवं ग्रामीण जनों को दीप वितरण किया, साथ ही घरों में दीपक का उजाला घरों में हमेशा रखने को कहा है।
चंद्राकर ने कहा राम राज्य की परिकल्पना राजीव गांधी ने की थी जो आज पूरा हो रहा है। राम मंदिर का शिलान्यास अयोध्या में 30 साल पहले राजीव गांधी सरकार की अनुमति से 9 नवंबर 1989 को किया गया, खुदाई की शुरुआत गोरखनाथ मंदिर के महंत अवैद्यनाथ ने फावड़ा चला कर की, इसके बाद शिलान्यास में पहली ईंट दलित समुदाय से आने वाले बिहार के कामेश्वर चौपाल ने रखी थी, राम मंदिर शिलान्यास के लिए 8 अप्रैल 1984 को दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में एक विशाल धर्म संसद का भी आयोजन किया गया था।
चौलेश्वर ने बताया सन 1986 में राम मंदिर का ताला खुला और राजीव गाँधी ने इसकी अनुमति भी दी थी। उन्होंने बताया इस तरह से अयोध्या में राम मंदिर निर्माण का मुद्दा देश का सबसे बड़ा शिलान्यास के लिए 9 नवंबर 1989 को बकायदा मुहूर्त तय हुआ इसके बाद विधि-विधान से भूमि का पूजन और शिलान्यास किया गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि चंद्रखुरी नामक गांव में कौशिल्या माता का प्रसिद्ध मंदिर है।भगवान राम की जननी माता कौशल्या का मंदिर पूरे भारत मे इकलौता और दुर्लभ मन्दिर है ही, यह छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की गौरवपूर्ण अस्मिता भी है, गर्भगृह में कौशल्या की गोद मे बालरूप में भगवान राम की आकर्षक प्रतिमा है, हाल ही में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल चंद्रखुरी में कौशल्या मंदिर पहुँचे, उन्होंने मंदिर और परिसर को भव्य रूप देने के लिए काम शुरू करने की घोषणा की है।
