तहसीलदार ने रेत खनन और परिवहन में लगे 15 ट्रैक्टर किए जब्त

आरंग. क्षेत्र में रेत खनन में प्रतिबंध के बाद भी महानदी के किनारे स्थित रेतघाटों में रेत का अवैध खनन और परिवहन जारी है, जिसकी शिकायत मिलने पर आरंग तहसीलदार नरेंद्र बंजारा के नेतृत्व में राजस्व विभाग और आरंग पुलिस ने संयुक्त रूप से कार्यवाई करते हुए ग्राम हल्दीडीह रेतघाट से 15 ट्रैक्टर जब्त किए।

बताया जा रहा है महानदी में पानी बढऩे के बाद भी यहां मजदूरों के माध्यम से ट्रैक्टरों में रेत भरा जा रहा था। जब्त किए गए सभी ट्रैक्टरों को कार्यवाही के लिए खनिज विभाग रायपुर को सौंप दिया गया है। प्रतिबंध के बाद भी आरंग क्षेत्र में रेतघाट से रेत का खनन और परिवहन जारी है। आरंग राजस्व विभाग द्वारा इन क्षेत्रों में लगातार कार्यवाही किया जाता है उसके बाद भी रेत माफियाओं द्वारा इसका अवैध रूप से खनन और परिवहन जारी है। इसके अलावा आरंग क्षेत्र के महानदी में जितने रेतघाट हैं, वहां खनिज विभाग से बिना अनुमति लिए निजी और शासकीय जमीनों पर रेत का अवैध रूप से भंडारण किया जा रहा है। जिसके बाद रेत माफिया रेत को काफी अधिक दामों में बेच रहे हैं। रेत का अवैध भंडारण मुख्य रूप से चिखली, हल्दीडीह, कागदेही, बेनीडीह, राटाकाट, पारागांव, गौरभाट, कुम्हारी में किया जाता है। कार्यवाही के बाद आरंग तहसीलदार नरेंद्र बंजारा ने बताया कि आरंग में महानदी से लगे रेत घाटों में राजस्व विभाग नजर रख रही है, जब भी रेत का अवैध खनन और परिवहन की शिकायत विभाग को मिली है, कार्यवाही हुई है। आगे भी इसी तरह की कार्यवाही जारी रहेगी।
