राहुल ने रविवार को अमेरिकी अखबार द वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल की एक रिपोर्ट शेयर करते हुए ट्विटर पर लिखा, ”बीजेपी और आरएसएस भारत में फेसबुक और वॉट्सऐप को कंट्रोल करते हैं. वे इसके जरिए फेक न्यूज और नफरत फैलाते हैं और मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करने के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल करते हैं.” इसके अलावा राहुल ने लिखा है, ”आखिरकार, अमेरिकी मीडिया फेसबुक के बारे में सच्चाई के साथ सामने आया है.”
