सुशांत सिंह के पिता कहतें हैं कि मेरे बेटे को न्याय मिलना चाहिए। जिसके लिए वो लगातार सीबीआई (CBI) जांच की मांग कर थे। बिहार पुलिस ने भी सरकार से सीबीआई जांच की मांग की थी जिसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा इस केस को सीबीआई को सोप दिया गया।
सीबीआई ने केस को हाथ में लेते हुए घटना के फिर से डीकोड करना शुरू कर दिया है , ताकि अच्छे से तफ्तीश हो सके। सुशांत के पिता ने रिया चक्रवर्ती और उसके परिवार पर आरोपी लगाया गया है इसके साथ सुशांत सिंह के जो घर पर काम करते थे उन पर भी शक जाहिर लगाया गया है | अब देखना होगा की सुशांत केस में सीबीआई किनते सबूत हासिल कर पाती है और कब तक इस बात से पर्दा उठा पाती है कि यह हत्या है या खुदखुशी।
