बस्तर (विक्रम प्रधान) मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल जी का मैं जीवनभर ऋणी रहूंगा। उनके द्वारा शुरू किये गये स्पंदन कार्यक्रम की वजह से मेरी जान बच पायी है। यह कहना है छत्तीसगढ़ सशस्त्र बल के जवान केशव कुमार का। जिनकी दोनों किडनी खराब हैं और उन्हें इलाज की सख्त जरूरत थी। लेकिन दंतेवाड़ा के पोटली कैंप में पदस्थ होने की वजह से इलाज नहीं करा पा रहे थे। वीडियो जारी करते हुये उन्होंने कहा कि वे डीजीपी श्री डीएम अवस्थी का भी आभार व्यक्त करते हैं। उन्होंने मुझे वीडियो कॉल किया, पूरी संवेदनशीलता के साथ मेरी समस्या सुनी और तत्काल स्थानांतरण आदेश जारी कर दिया।
उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल के निर्देश पर जवानों में तनाव खत्म करने स्पंदन कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गयी है। स्पंदन कार्यक्रम के तहत पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी जवानों से लगातार संवाद स्थापित कर रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में डीजीपी श्री डीएम अवस्थी ने 19 अगस्त को वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से पुलिसकर्मियों की समस्याओं को सुना और तत्काल निराकरण भी किया। इसी दौरान दंतेवाड़ा के पोटली कैम्प में पदस्थ छत्तीसगढ़ सशस्त्र बल के जवान केशव कुमार ने बताया कि उनकी दोनों किडनी खराब हैं, गठियावात और मोतियाबिंद भी है। मेरा परिवार दुर्ग में रहता है। घर से दूर रहकर स्वास्थ्य लगातार खराब होता जा रहा है। डीजीपी श्री अवस्थी ने केशव कुमार के खराब स्वास्थ्य को देखते हुए तत्काल पोटली से कैंप से दुर्ग पुलिस लाईन स्थानांतरित करने का आदेश जारी करने के निर्देश दिये थे।
