गुप्तचर न्यूज़-विक्रम प्रधान – रायपुर/तकनीकी युग में केवल आप और हम ही नहीं बल्कि क्रिमिनल्स भी अपडेट हो चुके हैं जो रोज नए तरीकों के साथ क्राइम करने का प्रयास करते हैं। ऐसे में हमें सायबर अपराध से बचने के लिए सावधान रहने की जरूरत है। अभी पिछले कुछ समय से सोशल मीडिया साइट्स विशेषकर फेसबुक हो हैक कर मैसेंजर में परिचितों अथवा फेसबुक फ्रेंड्स से रुपये मांगने की सूचनाएं आम होती जा रही है इसलिए अपने फेसबुक एकाउंट की सूरक्षा को नजरअंदाज न करें।
यदि आपका फेसबुक अकॉउंट हैक हो गया हो अथवा संभावना हो तो निम्नाकित स्टेप्स को फॉलो करें…
1- सबसे पहले अपने जीमेल (E-mail) एकाउंट में two step वेरिफिकेशन एक्टिव करिए। अर्थात बिना ओटीपी के आपका जीमेल अकॉउंट कभी भी कहीं भी न खुले।
2/ जीमेल (E-mail) का पासवर्ड बदलिए, इस दौरान आपके पास विकल्प आएगा कि जहां जहां जीमेल खुला है सभी लॉगआउट हो। इसे जरूर ओके करिए।
3/ उसके बाद फेसबुक और ट्विटर इत्यादि सोशल मीडिया एकाउंट का पासवर्ड बदलियेगा।
4/ अपने सोशल मीडिया एकाउंट अथवा व्हाट्सएप्प के माध्यम से अपने दोस्तों को अवगत करावें कि आपके फेसबुक अकॉउंट को हैक कर लिया गया है; आपको रुपये/ सहयोग की जरूरत नहीं है।
संभव है इन तीन स्टेप को फॉलो करने से पुनः आपका फेसबुक हैक नही किया जा सकेगा।
ऑनलाइन फ्रॉड से बचने के लिए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव :
# सोशल मीडिया सहित अन्य एप्प और वेबसाइट के पासवर्ड बदलते रहें।
# बैंकिंग क्षेत्र के पासवर्ड से मिलता जुलता पासवर्ड को सोशल मीडिया में न रखें।
# हर वेबसाइट या एप्प का मिलता जुलता या एक जैसे पासवर्ड न रखें, प्रयास करें ओटीपी बिना आपका कोई भी अकॉउंट ओपन न हो।
# ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग से संबंधित साइट्स में अपना डेबिट अथवा क्रेडिट कार्ड की डिटेल्स सुरक्षित न करें।
# सोशल मीडिया साइट्स में अपना जन्मदिन को पब्लिक न करें अथवा गलत तिथि डालें।
# किसी भी वेबसाइट में जब तक अति आवश्यक न हो अपना अकॉउंट न बनाएं, यदि बनाते हैं तब भी सेपरेट पासवर्ड डालें। ओटीपी बेस्ड लॉगिन का चयन करें।
# अपने स्मार्टफोन के अलावा एक कीपैड फ़ोन जरूर रखें, जिसमे ओटीपी प्राप्त हो।
# किसी भी शर्त में किसी भी व्यक्ति को अपना व्यक्तिगत डेटा, खाता नम्बर, क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड का नम्बर, पासवर्ड और ओटीपी न दें।
# सोशल मीडिया में अनजान व्यक्ति से मित्रता न करें।
