गुप्तचर-विक्रम प्रधान रायपुर –  एक अक्टूबर 2020 से कई नियमों में बदलाव होने जा रहा है लेकिन कहा जाता है कि पैसा हमारी जीवन रेखा बन गई है आजकल के समय में इसलिए सबसे पहले वित्त जगत में होने वाले बदलाव के बारे में हम लोग जानकारी लेते हैं.

A. क्रेडिट कार्ड और एटीएम कम डेबिट कार्ड में सुरक्षात्मक बदलाव: ( स्टेट बैंक के एटीएम /डेबिट कार्ड में ये सुविधाए पहले से ही हैं, केवल इन्हें इन्टरनेट बैंकिंग में लॉगइन करके बदलना पड़ता था।

१. क्रेडिट और डेबिट कार्ड से इंटरनेशनल लेन-देन की सेवाएं बंद की जा रही हैं। वास्तव में यह सभी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध रहेंगी लेकिन इन सभी सुविधाओं को आपको अपने हाथ से इनेबल करना पड़ेगा ताकि आपको यह मालूम रहेगा कि आपने क्या किया इनेबल किया है। स्वाभाविक रूप से आप इन सेवाओं को इनेबल तभी करेंगे जब आपको इनकी जरूरत होगी. अभी तक क्या होता था जब यह कार्ड आपको मिलता था उस समय यह सारी चीजें बाय डिफॉल्ट इन्हें भी रहती थी. क्योंकि इनमें से बहुत सी सेवाएं हैं कई उपभोक्ताओं को कभी जरूरत नहीं पड़ती जैसे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ट्रांजैक्शन, उपलब्ध पूरी सीमा तक एटीएम से कैश निकासी, कांटेक्टलेस ट्रांजैक्शन आदि. दरअसल, रिजर्व बैंक ने डेबिट और क्रेटिड कार्ड को लेकर बढ़ रहे फ्रॉड्स को रोकने के लिए सभी बैंकों को आदेश दिया था कि वो बेवजह ही ग्राहकों के कार्ड में इंटरनेशनल सुविधाएं न दें, जबतक कि ग्राहक खुद इसकी मांग न करे। इसके अलावा भी कई और बदलाव आज से आपके क्रेडिट और डेबिट कार्ड को लेकर हुए हैं, जिससे आपका अपने कार्ड पर बेहतर नियंत्रण होगा और धोखाधड़ी का खतरा भी कम से कम हो जाएगा।

२. शुरुआत में आप अपने डेबिट कार्ड या क्रेडिट कार्ड का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ पीओएस से पेमेंट करने या एटीएम से पैसा निकालने में ही कर सकेंगे। ये बदलाव सभी मौजूदा कार्ड्स, नए कार्ड्स या हाल फिलहाल में रीन्यू कार्ड्स पर लागू होगा। नए जारी हुए कार्ड्स का इस्तेमाल पीओएस या एटीएम में ही किया जा सकेगा।

३ . अगर आप ऑनलाइन, कॉन्टैक्टलेस या फिर इंटरनेशनल लेन-देन के लिए कार्ड्स का इस्तेमाल करना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए आपको ये सेवाएं मैनुअली शुरू करनी होंगी। इन सेवाओं को आप मोबाइल ऐप या नेटबैंकिंग के जरिए शुरू कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा एटीएम या बैंक की ब्रांच में जाकर भी ये सेवाएं शुरू कराई जा सकती हैं।
