इस बात ज़िक्र हमने बातों -बातो में ईदगाह भाँटा मैदान के दुकानदार और पानठेले वालों से किया, उन्होंने बताया “शासन में हमारी सरकार आ गई है अब तो जो मर्ज़ी हो करूँगा” ऐसा नशे के लोकल कारोबारी कह रहे है। ज़्यादातर इलाक़ों में गाँजा, सट्टा, नसे की गोलियाँ, हफ़िम,और नाइटक्लब का कारोबार धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है। सब कुछ प्रसाशन के नज़र में हैं ! गाँजे और दारू का कारोबार शहर के कई बस्ती मोहल्लों में बेख़ौफ़ हो रहा है। ख़ैर यह सब कुछ आम आदमी के नज़र के सामने भी हो रहा है और वो बेबस लाचार की तरह सब कुछ झेल रहा है, क्यों ना हो आख़िर इस सबके पीछे वह भी तो शामिल है, वारदात की कोई गिनती नही शहर मुख्य चौक पर चार लोग तेज़ हथियार निकालकर एक व्यक्ति को मारकर आराम से चले जाते है । और किसी को भनक तक नही लगती। राजधानी के व्यस्ततम जयस्तंभ चौक में चाकू बाजी की वारदात में कल शाम घायल गम्भीर रूप से घायल व्यापारी इसरार अहमद की मौत हो गई। कोंडागांव निवासी व्यापारी इसरार अहमद को अंबेडकर अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया था। चारों हमलावर फरार हैं। कल शाम जयस्तंभ चौक में रेड सिग्लन पर खड़ी कार में सवार इसरार को चाकू मारकर घायल कर अज्ञात हमलावर फरार हो गए थे।
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कोंडागांव से इसरार अहमद अपने चार साथियों के साथ कारोबार के सिलसिले में रायपुर आये थे और गोलबाजार से मौदहापारा जा रहे थे, उसी समय रवि भवन के सामने रेड सिग्नल पर कार रुकने पर पीछे से चार अज्ञात हमलावर आये और कार के कांच पर हाथ मारते हुए खुलवाने के लिए कहा। तभी पीछे बैठे इसरार अहमद उतरे और वजह जाननी चाही लेकिन अज्ञात हमलावरों ने बिना कुछ कहे उन पर चाकू से प्रहार करना शुरू कर दिया और चारों हमलावर मौके से फरार हो गए। गोलबाजार थाना पुलिस मामला दर्ज कर अज्ञात आरोपियों की तलाश कर रही है। इतने सारे कैमरा क्या देखने के लिए लगाई है सरकार,कोई साधारण सा व्यक्ति जेबरा क्रासिंग पार करता है तो पुलिस उसके घर चालान भेज देती है और अभी तो कैमरे में देख कर बोलना भी चालू कर दी है। फिर क़ातिलों की पहचान क्यों नही हो रही है ?
