रायपुर@ गीतिका । जैसे कि हम सब जानते हैं लड़की ईश्वर की खूबसूरत रचनाओं में से एक है। वे शक्ति, ऊर्जा, संपन्नता और ख़ुशियों की स्रोत हैं। वे परिवार के भीतर खुशी का मूल कारण हैं। जब एक लड़की मुस्कुराती है तो वह सभी दर्द को दूर कर देती है और अपनी छोटी बड़ी शरारतों से सबका मन मोह लेती है। वह एक बेटी, एक बहन, एक दोस्त, एक प्रेमी, एक पत्नी, एक बहू, एक माँ और एक दादी है। यह एक लड़की की मूल अंतर्निहित प्रकृति की सुंदरता है कि वह हर किरदार को उतने ही प्यार, अनुग्रह और समर्पण के साथ पूरी तरह से निभा सकती है। वह त्याग और समर्पण की मूरत मानी जाती है। जब वह एक बेटी या बहन होती है, तो वह अपने पिता और भाइयों को अपना सारा प्यार और समर्थन देती है, जब वह एक प्रेमी या पत्नी होती है, जो अपने पति के प्रति समर्पित होती है और जब वह एक माँ बन जाती है, तो वह अपने बच्चों और पोते- पोती से पूरे दिल से प्यार करती है।
लड़की वास्तव में घर की कलाकार होती है। वह अपने बच्चों, के लिए मेकअप कलाकार और अन्य कलात्मक प्रतिभा की स्वामिनी होती हैं। वह अपने बच्चों की पहली शिक्षिका और साथ ही साथ पहली दोस्त होती हैं। वह स्वभाव से सवारने वाली , सँभालने वाली और पोषण करने वाली होती है। अगर कोई लड़का परिवार का उत्तराधिकारी है तो लड़की उस परिवार का हिस्सा है जो अपने पिता / माता और भाई के हर बोझ को साझा करती है। जब एक लड़का पैदा होता है तो वह एक परिवार की ज़िम्मेदारी संभालता है लेकिन जब एक लड़की पैदा होती है तो वह अपने पिता और अपने पति के दोनों की ज़िम्मेदारी अपने सर लेकर जन्मती है। वास्तव में अगर हम स्पष्ट रूप से ज़िम्मेदारी के चार्ट को देखे, तो हम स्पष्ट रूप से समझ सकते हैं कि एक लड़की परिवार के नाम को संभाल कर रखने, परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को खुश रखने, और बच्चों को जन्म देने और उनकी परवरिश करने जैसी अधिकतम जिम्मेदारियों का भार वहन करती है।
जब कोई लड़की घर से बाहर कदम रखती है तो उसे अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए अतिरिक्त सावधानी बरतनी पड़ती है क्योंकि अभी भी समाज उसके परिवार के नाम को उसकी पहचान के साथ जोड़ता है। 21 वीं सदी के युग में भी लड़कियां किसी भी संदर्भ में पुरुष समकक्षों के साथ बराबरी करने में सक्षम नहीं हो पा रही है, चाहे वह शिक्षा, रोजगार, प्रतिभाओं का हो या नहीं, यूनेस्को सक्रिय रूप से बालिकाओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कार्यक्रम और पहल करता है। इंटरनेशनल फेम मिशेल ओबामा, मलाला युसुफजई, एम्मा वॉटसन आदि महिलाएं विश्व भर में महिलाओं के लिए रोल मॉडल और गेम चेंजर के रूप में काम कर रही हैं।
अभी भी कई ऐसे मुद्दे हैं जिन पर लड़कियों के लिए दुनिया भर में ठीक से ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता है। लड़कियाँ दूसरी दुनिया की नागरिक हैं क्योंकि पहली प्रमुख दुनिया लड़कों का डोमेन है। उनकी अलग काया और युगों की लंबी पीढ़ी के जेनेटिक्स की वजह से जो लड़कियों को पुरुष समकक्षों की तुलना में बहुत अलग बनाते हैं। इसलिए केवल एक लड़की ही लड़कियों के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को समझ सकती है जिस पर ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए। लड़के और लड़कियाँ शारीरिक से भावनात्मक तक और मानसिक स्थिति तक हर दृष्टिकोण में भिन्न हैं। और फिर भी वे एक-दूसरे के पूरक हैं, लेकिन हम पुरुष वर्चस्व को आज भी व्यापक रूप से शिक्षा, राजनीति, खेल, शिक्षाविदों, अनुसंधान, प्रशासन, सुरक्षा आदि जैसे सभी क्षेत्रों में देखते हैं क्योंकि हम भारतीय विशेष रूप से लड़कियों को जन्म से ही एक विवाह की सामग्री के रूप में देखते हैं। हम कह सकते हैं कि यह समाज का अवगुण है जिसे हम शुरू से पसंद करते हैं कि एक लड़की शादी करने के लिए पैदा हुई है और उसके गर्भ में लड़के के परिवार का वारिस जनने की जिम्मेदारी होती है, इसलिए हमें अक्सर उसकी शिक्षा, क्षमता को नज़रअंदाज़ कर देते हैं। युगों की लंबी भ्रांति में हम अक्सर लड़की की क्षमता, कड़ी मेहनत और उसकी प्रतिभा को दबा देते हैं और उससे कुछ अलग और बेहतर बनने का मौका छीन लेते हैं। अगर कोई लड़का अपनी लड़ाई में हार जाता है तो उसे केवल ताने और डांट का सामना करना पड़ता है, लेकिन अगर कोई लड़की अपने किसी भी क्षेत्र में हार जाती है, तो उसकी सजा किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से शादी करना है जिसे वह जानती भी नहीं। अपनी क्षमता को साबित करने के लिए एक लड़की को लड़कों की तुलना में कठिन संघर्ष करना पड़ता है क्योंकि वह हमेशा सभी की नज़र का केंद्र होती है। सच कहूँ तो समाज को एक ऐसी लड़की की आदर्श छवि की कल्पना से ग्रसित है जो गलतियाँ नहीं करती, जो अपने माता-पिता या ससुराल वालों की अवज्ञा नहीं करती, वह अपने दम पर दुनिया को पीछे छोड़कर जीने की तो हिम्मत बिलकुल भी नहीं करती, उसे अपने हर किरदार में परिपूर्ण होना चाहिए और हर भूमिका को पूरी तरह अच्छे से निभाए चाहे वह बेटी, बहन, बहू, पत्नी, प्रेमिका या मां की हो। यही कारण है कि लड़कियां अपनी शर्तों पर जीने से डरती हैं और अपने व्यक्तित्व के साथ अनदेखी बेड़ियाँ बंधी हुई महसूस करती हैं। “लोग क्या कहेंगे” वाक्यांश के कारण उन्हें गलती करने की अनुमति नहीं है क्योंकि हमारा भारतीय समाज में हर कोई जानकर या अवचेतन रूप से अपने जीवन में लड़कियों के लिए कभी न कभी उठता ही है। और यदि वह वास्तव में अपने सपनों का पीछा करना चाहती है यह अनदेखी बेड़ियाँ ही है जिसे हर लड़की को तोड़ना होगा।
एक लड़की के लिए कोई भी क्षेत्र आसान नहीं होता है, जिसमें हर बार चुनौतियाँ अलग होती हैं मगर संघर्ष की कहानियां एक जैसी होती हैं। यह वास्तव में मायने नहीं रखता है कि एक लड़की कितनी मुश्किल से सफलता हासिल करने की कोशिश करती है, उसे हमेशा पुरुषों के प्रभुत्व के नीचे माना जाता है और इस बेड़ी को तोड़ने के लिए उसके परिवार और दोस्तों से बहुत साहस और समर्थन की आवश्यकता होती है। यह कथन सही है कि, “हर सफल आदमी के पीछे एक महिला होती है।” लेकिन इस कथन से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है कि, “हर सफल या साहसी महिला के पीछे एक आदमी होता है।” जो उसके पिता, उसके भाई या उसके पति हो सकते हैं। यूनिसेफ लैंगिक समानता की मांग करता है क्योंकि हम सभी जानते हैं कि प्रत्येक लिंग को एक दूसरे की आवश्यकता होती है क्योंकि वे वास्तव में एक दूसरे पर हावी नहीं होते हैं लेकिन वे एक दूसरे के पूरक बनते हैं।
