रायपुर। स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग की मनाही के बावजूद छात्रों से उगाही की जा रही है। निजी स्कूलों के बाद अब शासकीय स्कूलों के शिक्षक (Government school Teachers ) भी छात्रों को पैसे के लिए परेशान कर रहे हैं। जिन छात्रों द्वारा पैसा दिया जा रहा है, उनका परीक्षा फार्म आसानी से भरवाया जा रहा है और विभागीय योजनाओं का तुरंत लाभ दिया जा रहा है। जो छात्र पैसा नहीं दे रहे, उन्हें शासकीय योजनाओं से वंचित किया जा रहा है। राजधानी रायपुर में संचालित शासकीय स्कूलों के शिक्षकों द्वारा छात्रों से पैसा मांगने की शिकायत पहुंची है। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने मामले में बीईओ का जांच करने का निर्देश दिया है।
इन स्कूलों की शिकायत
स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि छात्रों ने कबीर नगर, टाटीबंध, तेलीबांधा, मुजगहन और बीरगांव के शिक्षकों पर पैसा लेने का आरोप लगाया है। छात्रों ने शिक्षिकों की नामजद शिकायत की है। शिकायत आने पर पहले तो जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने संबंधित स्कूलों के प्राचर्यो (Government school Teachers ) को फटकार लगाई और फिर दोषी पैसा मांगने वाले शिक्षकों के खिलाफ जांच करने का निर्देश दिया है। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद दोषी शिक्षकों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी, एेसा विभागीय अधिकारियों का दावा है।
पूर्व में भी शिकायत
राजधानी के शासकीय स्कलों में पदस्थ शिक्षकों की शिकायत पूर्व में भी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (District Education Officer) के पास पहुंची है। शिक्षकों का आरोप है, कि योजनाओं का क्रियान्वन कराने में उन्होने लापरवाही बरती है। जिन शिक्षकों की शिकायत आई, उन पर जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी, तो व्यवस्था दुरुस्त हुई। कोरोना काल में औचक निरीक्षण की व्यवस्था बंद होने के दोबारा शिक्षकों द्वारा मनमानी की शिकायत सामने आ रही है।
कुछ स्कूलों के शिक्षकों द्वारा छात्रों से पैसा मांगे जाने की शिकायत मिली है। बीईओ को जांच के लिए निर्देश दिया हूं। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद मामले में आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
