26 नवम्बर को केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियन ने देशव्यापी आम हड़ताल की घोषणा की है। इस हड़ताल का आवाहन केंद्र की नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार की नीतियों के खिलाफ किया था। हड़ताल के पीछे नाराजगी की वजह, केंद्र द्वारा पास नए श्रम कानून, कृषि कानून और रिपब्लिक सेक्टर यूनिट के प्राइवेटाइजेशन के कानून को बताया जा रहा है।

यूनियन से जुड़े नेताओं का कहना है कि सभी सेक्टर वर्कर, जिसमें आवश्य सेवा से जुड़े सेक्टर भी शामिल हैं, इस हड़ताल में हिस्सा लेंगे. अखिल भारतीय बैंक कर्मचारी संघ (AIBEA) ने भी इस हड़ताल को अपना समर्थन देने की घोषणा की है. बैंकिंग से जुड़ी सेवा प्रभावित हो सकती है. यह हड़ताल 25 नवंबर की आधी रात से शुरू होकर 26 नवंबर की आधी रात तक चलेगा. यूनियन का दावा है कि लगभग 25 करोड़ श्रमिक इसमें भाग लेंगे.

कौन-कौन सी ट्रेड यूनियन शामिल होंगी?

न्यूज एजेंसी भाषा की खबर के मुताबिक 10 यूनियन इस देश व्यापी हड़ताल में हिस्सा ले रही हैं. ये यूनियन हैं

1. इंडियन नेशनल ट्रेड यूनियन कांग्रेस (INTUC)
2. ऑल इंडिया ट्रेड यूनियन कांग्रेस (AITUC)
3. हिंद मजदूर सभा (HMS)
4. सेंटर फॉर इंडियन ट्रेड यूनियंस (CITU)
5. ऑल इंडिया यूनाइटेड ट्रेड यूनियन सेंटर (AIUTUC)
6. ट्रेड यूनियन को-ऑर्डिनेशन सेंटर (TUCC)
7. सेल्फ-एम्प्लॉइड वुमेन्स एसोसिएशन (SEWA)
8. ऑल इंडिया सेंट्रल काउंसिल ऑफ ट्रेड यूनियंस (AICCTU)
9. लेबर प्रोग्रेसिव फेडरेशन (LPF)
10. यूनाइटेड ट्रेड यूनियन कांग्रेस (UTUC)

इन यूनियनों के संयुक्त फोरम ने बयान जारी किया था. संयुक्त फोरम में स्वतंत्र फेडरेशन व संगठन भी शामिल हैं. फोरम ने कहा था,

हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि 26 नवंबर की अखिल भारतीय हड़ताल में 25 करोड़ से अधिक कर्मचारी हिस्सा लेंगे.

यूनियन की मांग क्या है?

यूनियन की मांग है कि किसान और मजदूर विरोधी कानूनों को वापस लिया जाए. टैक्स जमा नहीं करने वाले परिवारों के खाते में 7,500 रुपए डाले जाएं. जरूरतमंद परिवारों को हर महीने 10 किलो राशन दिया जाए. मनरेगा में काम के दिन को 200 किया जाए, न्यूनतम मजदूरी बढ़ाई जाए. इसे अर्बन एरिया में भी लागू किया जाए. डिफेंस, रेलवे, पोर्ट, एविएशन, पावर, माइनिंग और फाइनेंस सेक्टर के प्राइवेटाइजेशन को रोका जाए. PSUs में कर्मचारियों की छंटनी को रोका जाए. सबके लिए पेंशन का प्रावधान हो.

बैंकों से जुड़े संघ का भी समर्थन

अखिल भारतीय बैंक कर्मचारी संघ (AIBEA) ने हड़ताल में शामिल होने की घोषणा की है. AIBEA ने एक बयान में कहा कि लोकसभा ने हाल में संपन्न सत्र में तीन नए श्रम कानूनों को पारित किया है और कारोबार सुगमता के नाम पर 27 मौजूदा कानूनों को समाप्त कर दिया है. ये कानून शुद्ध रूप से कॉरपोरेट जगत के हित में हैं. इस प्रक्रिया में 75 प्रतिशत श्रमिकों को श्रम कानूनों के दायरे से बाहर कर दिया गया है. नए कानूनों में श्रमिकों को किसी तरह का संरक्षण नहीं मिलेगा. AIBEA भारतीय स्टेट बैंक और इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक को छोड़कर ज्यादातर बैंकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है. इसके सदस्यों में चार लाख कर्मचारी शामिल हैं.
