LoC पर शांति बहाली के लिए तैयार हुए भारत और पाकिस्तान

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच वर्ष 2003 में युद्धविराम समझौता हुआ था, जिसके तहत एलओसी पर दोनों देशों को युद्धविराम उल्लंघन यानि फायरिंग और गोलाबारी करना पूरी तरह से निषेध था।

लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों में दोनों देशों के बीच इतने सीजफायर उल्लंघन हुए कि हालात जंग से बन गए थे। भारत का लगातार आरोप रहा था कि पाकिस्तानी सेना एलओसी पर आतंकियों की घुसपैठ कराने के इरादे गोलीबारी करती रही है। वहीं चीन से डिसइंगेजमेंट के बाद अब भारत और पाकिस्तान एलओसी पर शांति बहाली के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं। दोनों देशों के डीजीएमओ स्तर के अधिकारियों ने हॉटलाइन पर बात कर एलओसी पर पूरी तरह से युद्धविराम के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं। इस बाबत खुद भारत के रक्षा मंत्रालय ने बयान जारी कर जानकारी दी।

गुरूवार को रक्षा मंत्रालय ने बयान जारी कर बताया कि भारत और पाकिस्तान एलओसी यानि लाइन ऑफ कंट्रोल (नियंत्रण रेखा) पर दोनों देशों के बीच हुए समझौतों, युद्धविराम और आपसी समझ को कड़ाई से लागू करने के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं। यानि 24-25 फरवरी की रात से दोनों एलओसी पर युद्धविराम के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं।

डीजीएमओ स्तर की बातचीत के बाद दोनों ही देश एलओसी सहित पूरी सीमा पर स्थायी तौर से शांति के लिए तैयार हो गए हैं जो दोनों देशों के लिए पारस्परिक तौर से जरूरी है। रक्षा मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, दोनों देश के डीजीएमओ एक दूसरे के मुख्य मुद्दों और चिंताओं को दूर करने के लिए सहमत हुए जिससे दोनों देशों में अशांति का वतावरण बन रहा था और हालात हिंसा तक पहुंच रहे थे।
